CNC Turning Machine Operator

For Turning Department

• Write and optimize programs for the given parts on CNC Lathe machines

• Monitor machining operations and intervene immediately in cases such as tool wear or machine overload

• Ensure production of parts at the required quality standards and tolerances in accordance with technical drawings

For Milling Department

• Perform part setup and clamping on CNC Milling machines

• Install and register cutting tools, and set workpiece zero points

• Monitor machining operations, inspect parts according to technical drawings, and report results to the responsible supervisor

Planning Engineer

• Take an active role in business planning and workflow in line with company needs, and plan and manage all processes from customer orders through shipment

• Contribute to the improvement of production processes and support increasing product quality and manufacturing efficiency

• Monitor interdepartmental operations and ensure coordination across production processes

• Prepare relevant periodic reports, ensure continuous monitoring and auditing of activities, and create task tracking lists

• Develop strategies in line with company policies and align them with corporate strategy and objectives

• Improve business processes and perform efficiency calculations

• Identify required raw materials, auxiliary materials, machinery, and equipment needs

• Ensure the effective and efficient utilization of the company’s human resources

Laser Welding Operator

• Perform laser welding processes in accordance with technical drawings and work instructions

• Prepare machines and equipment for welding operations

• Carry out high-quality and defect-free welding in line with technical drawings and specifications

• Comply with occupational health and safety rules and use personal protective equipment properly

• Deliver timely and high-quality production in accordance with the work plan

• Work in compliance with company procedures, work instructions, and quality management system requirements

• Perform daily maintenance and cleaning activities; report any detected faults or irregularities to the supervisor

Test Technician

• Set up test rigs and test systems, perform periodic checks during testing, and record measurement data

• Report measurement results and test records to the responsible supervisor

• Work in compliance with quality management standards

• Actively support occupational health & safety and environmental risk reduction practices

• Perform duties completely and on time in accordance with procedures, work instructions, and quality standards

Mechanical Assembly Technician

• Assemble pneumatic system components in accordance with technical drawings

• Work on assembly lines in the production area and perform part integration and assembly operations

• Perform required pre-assembly and post-assembly inspections and checks

• Coordinate with relevant departments within the facility to support production targets

• Comply with occupational health and safety regulations at all times
