Support the execution of project management processes in defense and aerospace projects
Ensure coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and customer representatives throughout the project lifecycle

For Turning Department

Write and optimize programs for the given parts on CNC Lathe machines
Monitor machining operations and intervene immediately in cases such as tool wear or machine overload
Ensure production of parts at the required quality standards and tolerances in accordance with technical drawings

For Milling Department

Perform part setup and clamping on CNC Milling machines
Install and register cutting tools, and set workpiece zero points
Monitor machining operations, inspect parts according to technical drawings, and report results to the responsible supervisor

Take an active role in business planning and workflow in line with company needs, and plan and manage all processes from customer orders through shipment
Contribute to the improvement of production processes and support increasing product quality and manufacturing efficiency
Monitor interdepartmental operations and ensure coordination across production processes
Prepare relevant periodic reports, ensure continuous monitoring and auditing of activities, and create task tracking lists
Develop strategies in line with company policies and align them with corporate strategy and objectives
Improve business processes and perform efficiency calculations
Identify required raw materials, auxiliary materials, machinery, and equipment needs
Ensure the effective and efficient utilization of the company’s human resources

Carry out material receiving, placement, storage, shipment, and inventory control processes
Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing materials
Work in coordination with the production unit to ensure required materials are supplied completely and on time
Maintain warehouse order and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules
Take an active role in stock counting processes and prepare related reports

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering disciplines
Disciplined in documentation and technical reporting practices
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
Good command of English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in defense industry projects
Hands-on experience with high-pressure gas systems, filling systems, or similar applications
Knowledge of testing, verification, and qualification processes
Ability to work with a systems engineering approach

Perform laser welding processes in accordance with technical drawings and work instructions
Prepare machines and equipment for welding operations
Carry out high-quality and defect-free welding in line with technical drawings and specifications
Comply with occupational health and safety rules and use personal protective equipment properly
Deliver timely and high-quality production in accordance with the work plan
Work in compliance with company procedures, work instructions, and quality management system requirements
Perform daily maintenance and cleaning activities; report any detected faults or irregularities to the supervisor

Set up test rigs and test systems, perform periodic checks during testing, and record measurement data
Report measurement results and test records to the responsible supervisor
Work in compliance with quality management standards
Actively support occupational health & safety and environmental risk reduction practices
Perform duties completely and on time in accordance with procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
