Perform real-time monitoring of welding processes and carry out fault detection and correction activities,

Contribute to process improvement projects by working in coordination with production lines,

Define and implement welding processes during new product launch phases,

Determine welding parameters and perform process optimizations,

Provide technical support to welding personnel and contribute to planning processes,

Prepare technical documentation and reporting related to production processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Materials Science,

Holds one of the International Welding Engineer or American Welding Society certifications,

Proficient in destructive and non-destructive testing methods to evaluate the quality and safety of welded structures,

Preferably experienced in welding techniques and quality control methods,

Preferably experienced in technical drawing/blueprint reading,

Preferably knowledgeable in machining, lean manufacturing, and 5S practices,

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with good communication and teamwork abilities.
