Take an active role in business planning and workflow in line with company needs, and plan and manage all processes from customer orders through shipment

Contribute to the improvement of production processes and support increasing product quality and manufacturing efficiency

Monitor interdepartmental operations and ensure coordination across production processes

Prepare relevant periodic reports, ensure continuous monitoring and auditing of activities, and create task tracking lists

Develop strategies in line with company policies and align them with corporate strategy and objectives

Improve business processes and perform efficiency calculations

Identify required raw materials, auxiliary materials, machinery, and equipment needs

Ensure the effective and efficient utilization of the company’s human resources

Preferably graduated from the Industrial Engineering department of a university

Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position

Preferably good command of English

Proficient in MS Office and similar applications

Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and responsible

Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills

Preferably holds a Class B driving license and actively drives
