Open Positions

For Turning Department

• Write and optimize programs for the given parts on CNC Lathe machines

• Monitor machining operations and intervene immediately in cases such as tool wear or machine overload

• Ensure production of parts at the required quality standards and tolerances in accordance with technical drawings

For Milling Department

• Perform part setup and clamping on CNC Milling machines

• Install and register cutting tools, and set workpiece zero points

• Monitor machining operations, inspect parts according to technical drawings, and report results to the responsible supervisor

• Knowledge of materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and similar metals

• Experienced in the use of measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, comparator/dial indicator)

• Able to work in shifts

• Strong team player

• For male candidates, military service must be completed

• Holder of a Class B driving license

• Preferably residing in Ankara (Mamak, Karapürçek, Pursaklar, Keçiören districts) — company shuttle service available

• Able to work with a quality-, process-, and result-oriented mindset

Turning Department (CNC Lathe)

• Preferably graduate of a Vocational High School, Technical High School, or Vocational College

• Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in machining and CNC Lathe operation

• Preferably experienced with Mazak control units and capable of programming

• Preferably experienced in C-axis and Y-axis lathe operations

Milling Department (CNC Milling)

• Preferably graduate of a Vocational High School, Technical High School, or Vocational College

• Preferably to be trained in machining and CNC Milling operation
