Prepare cutting tools according to the required dimensions and holders for machining operations

Ensure the organized and proper use of all tools and equipment in the tool room

Monitor and track the sharpening process of cutting tools

Perform sharpening operations for drills and milling tools within the tool room

Record all materials entering and leaving the tool room in the system

Track and control the inventory of tools, holders, and inserts

Create tool requests when needed and ensure timely supply

Conduct periodic inventory counts of materials and equipment in the tool room

Collect required tools from nearby suppliers or locations when necessary

Preferably a graduate of a Vocational High School, Technical High School, or Vocational College in a relevant field

Knowledgeable and experienced in CNC machines and machining (metal cutting) processes

Experienced with CNC cutting tools, tool holders, and inserts

Preferably able to read and interpret technical drawings

Capable of performing storage management and inventory tracking

Able to use measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Proficient in MS Office applications

Preferably knowledgeable in ERP systems

For male candidates, military service must be completed
