Job Description

Actively take part in the business plan and workflow in line with the company’s needs, and plan and manage the processes from receiving customer orders to shipment.
Contribute to improving production processes; increasing product quality and production efficiency.
Control interdepartmental operations and ensure coordination between production processes.
Prepare relevant periodic reports, monitor and supervise activities continuously, and create task tracking lists.
Develop strategies in line with company policies and align them with the company’s corporate strategy and objectives.
Improve business processes and carry out efficiency calculations.
Determine the necessary raw materials, auxiliary materials, machinery, and equipment requirements.
Utilize the human resources within the enterprise effectively and efficiently.
